The organizers of the APEC Local Cultural Industry Virtual Exposition (hereafter the Organizers) provide only a display platform, on which contents and materials are directly presented by participating economies, organizations or individuals (hereafter the Participants). The Participants shall themselves clear intellectual property rights of the showcased materials (including text, graphics, photographs, video footage, animation, music, etc.) that they presented on the display platform and be responsible for any disputes or lawsuits related both to the intellectual property rights of the showcased materials and to the trading that follows. The Organizers will be held neither responsible for any liability resulting from infringement of intellectual property rights of the showcased materials claimed by any third party, nor for any trading between website visitors and the Participants.

In case of infringement of intellectual property rights of the showcased materials, please contact directly the Participants and notify the Organizers of the Exposition. The Organizers will immediately take the material in dispute off the website of the Exposition whenever they are notified of any alleged infringement of intellectual property right of any material showcased. If the Participants can prove to the satisfaction of the Organizers that the intellectual property rights dispute is settled or baseless, the Organizers shall have the discretion to put the materials on the website.

The Exposition is designed only for display and it does not offer online shopping service. The Participants, who provides the exhibiting materials in the Exposition, shall take full responsibility of the reliability of the product information they provided.
